Here you can add and edit your Articles on your ORAC Member Website.
To add or edit an Article, go to: |

On Main Menu click on: |

Enter your username and password and you're in. |
From the next Menu click on : |

'Articles' button |
Click on : |

'ADD ARTICLE' button |
| Fill in the blanks, and click on 'ADD NEW ARTICLE'. |
Your artilcle is now published to your website. If you wish to view your 'Article' within your website
click on the 'My Website' button found in the MENU at the top of the page.
Click on the 'Preview' link.
This will take you to the 'Home' page of your website where the Artilce has been published to. |

Add articles for all events, meetings or any news that your Business may want published for public viewing. This is also the 'Home' page of your ORAC Member Website.
All news articles and associated photos are stored for the duration of your annual subscription. You may also edit and delete any articles at any time.
The chronological order of your Articles is determined by date, with the most current date / article diplayed first.
Only one article is displayed at a time, once you enter more than one Article into your website, a 'Next' link will appear above your Article. Click the 'Next' link to view older articles. Once the visitor is on the second Article, there will then be a 'Previous' and 'Next' link appear above the Article.
At the end of the subscription year your website will be moved to an "Archived" location on our server where Internet users can access historical data.
Note: For subscribers with multiple “Websites”, make sure you select the appropriate “Website” from the drop down menu.
Business ID: For owners with one Website, this field will be filled in. For owners with multiple Websites, select the corresponding ID to where the file is to be uploaded.
There are restrictions on the amount of text and image sizes to ensure the proper look and function of your website. An error message will appear at the top of the 'Article Edit/Add' page if you exceed the following restrictions

Every photo must have a caption or it will not display.
So if you choose to remove a photo, simply remove the 'Photo Caption'.

350 pixels wide x 350 pixels high |
The actual area set aside for photos is 350 pixels wide x 350 pixels high, however, when saving an image some image formatting programs can add a couple of pixels to the image size, without your knowledge.
If the image you're saving extends the allotted area for the logo, it will not load or display.
